4-week Virtual Ski Prep I Strength Program

This 4-week virtual strength series combines traditional strength exercises and outdoor uphill-focused workouts to guide you through the fall so that when the snow falls, you’ll be ready to take full advantage. This program includes a training plan, online support to customize your plan and check in with your coach, and workout videos to help you do them correctly.

Strength workouts are designed to be done anywhere, though you’ll need some sort of bench/chair/step. While weights aren’t necessary, kettle or dumb bells are helpful (though a backpack packed with various heavy things and water bottles or books can be used with some creativity).

This series lays the foundation for the next phase of ski prep. If you already have a strength routine and have been doing consistent hill workouts, you can skip ahead to the 8-week program, but this will keep you from getting ridiculously sore or injured if you haven’t been doing strength in a while.

The 4-week series begins Sept. 14th.
