Training Groups and Series

Training with people is fun and we like fun. We offer groups in the Methow as well as virtual so there’s something for everyone.

Ski Prep Training Group

Our most-popular group training offering, now in its fifth year! This 12-week program provides you a sport-specific, custom training program suited to your abilities, fitness history and goals, delivered onto a Premium TrainingPeaks (included) account. Additionally, there are bi-weekly group Zoom calls led by coaches Sam and Alison Naney with topics ranging from nutrition to gear to tuning up for peak performances (hut trips, skimo races, big missions, etc). A weekly email keeps you up to speed on tips and tricks for your training, and a private group Slack channel allows you to share your experiences with fellow athletes and ask real-time questions of your coaches.

Training begins September 30th; $150 for 12 weeks

8-Week Women’s Training Group

This virtual program is 8-weeks and is a great way to either start training with more intention around specific needs for hormone, metabolic, and overall health. If you’ve read ROAR or other books on women’s health and fitness but don’t know how to implement it, this is for you.

Training begins May 6, and registration closes May 5.
