Training with people is fun and we like fun. We offer groups in the Methow as well as virtual so there’s something for everyone.
8-Week Women’s Training Group
This virtual program is 8-weeks and is a great way to either start training with more intention around specific needs for hormone, metabolic, and overall health. If you’ve read ROAR or other books on women’s health and fitness but don’t know how to implement it, this is for you.
Training begins May 6, and registration closes May 5.
