We’ve all run since we were little, so running should be simple, right? Well, most of sit a lot more than we did when we were young, have had injuries over the years, or never liked running to begin with, but want to do it now. It turns out there actually is technique involved to run well. Improving your running mechanics prevents injuries, and simply makes running more fun and sustainable. In this clinic we’ll work on technique and you’ll walk (or run) away with specific cues to help you run with more ease (and hopefully enjoyment).
