Join our virtual training group to learn how to train best for your unique physiology! Women’s bodies are different than mens, and through this training group you’ll learn how to train best for YOU. Especially as we age, adapting our training to our specific needs becomes more important for our overall health and well being. In this eight-week group you’ll learn how your cycle impacts training, how to incorporate or modify your strength training for optimal health, and simply how to feel better in your body and out doing fun things.
It’s open to all ages and all abilities. Each week you’ll receive an email with a short video discussing various topics around training and women’s health and wellness, with access to you coach (Alison Naney) and community through Slack, and a comprehensive training plan specific to your favorite activity and where you are in your current active life. Strength training is included in the training plan, and depending on your needs you can do everything from home (there are many creative ways to make things harder), or you may need access to a gym for lifting heavier weight.
