8-week Virtual Ski Prep II Program


This 8-week virtual strength series combines traditional strength exercises and outdoor uphill-focused workouts to guide you through the fall so that when the snow falls, you’ll be ready to take full advantage. This program includes a training plan, online support to customize your plan and check in with your coach, and workout videos to help you do them correctly.

Strength workouts are designed to be done anywhere, though you’ll need some sort of bench/chair/step. While weights aren’t necessary, kettle or dumb bells are helpful (though a backpack packed with various heavy things and water bottles or books can be used with some creativity).

This is designed to be built on a base of strength training. If you haven’t done consistent strength training or hill workouts, start with the 4-week Ski Prep I program.
