Do you dread uphills? Or dread downhills? Either way, everyone can improve their relationship with hills. We’ll work on power and technique during this weekly workout. All levels welcome.
Two 4-week or one 8-week series of hill workouts to get you strong, improve hill technique, and have friends to push you. We’ll do a full warm up and cool down, and all levels are welcome.
Cost is $60 per 4-weeks, $100 for full 8-weeks, or $15 per drop in. Space limited to 10.
