Hill Yeah Workout Series-Fall
Do you dread uphills? Or dread downhills? Either way, everyone can improve their relationship with hills. We’ll work on power and technique during this weekly workout.
This 11-week series of hill workouts to get you strong, improve hill technique, and have friends to push you. We’ll do a full warm up and cool down, and all levels are welcome.
Cost is $140 for 11-weeks, or $15 per drop in. Space limited to 10. Series is FREE for Ski Prep members.
