Winter Training Program
With options for backcountry or Nordic emphasis, or a base phase, this program includes a training plan complete with aerobic, strength, and mobility workouts to keep you injury free while building fitness for races, personal goals, self-supported adventures. Not a skier? Choose the base phase to gain a solid foundation to maintain and build fitness for spring running or biking training.

Nine-week sport-specific training plan (Nordic or Backcountry skiing, or a base plan for non-snow sports)
