Who.

Anyone gearing up for skiing! Get ready for hills this winter by going uphill this fall. All levels are welcome and encouraged.

The workouts are free to CE members (join below, and also get a hat).

What.

Eight weeks of hill workouts. Come to one, or come to them all! We’ll do a warm up to a hill, then do different versions of workouts. This series aligns with our Ski Prep program, so if you like working out with friends, join us!

 

When.
