Adding load from a pack or lengthening the duration of your objective makes strength even more important for longevity and durability. In-person strength sessions ensure you have the correct form to build strength, not compensations. Our personal training sessions are sport-specific and tailored to your goals. Bring friends to make your own class, or come to our class on Tuesday, Thursday mornings or Friday afternoon!
