Who.

Runners of all abilities looking be more fit and have more fun in Methow Trails’ iconic Cutthroat Classic trail race that traverses some of the most beautiful eleven miles of mountain trails in the universe.

When.

12-week program starts June 20, to give you more time to safely build strength and running volume.

8-week program starts July 18

 

What.

This virtual eight and twelve-week program progresses you up to the distance, as well as giving you strength and mobility workouts to learn your body and gain stability to tackle the race with confidence.

The series includes:

  • Weekly emails with video content to help you hone your technique, learn proper exercise and running form.

  • Custom training plan delivered through Training Peaks

  • Premium Training Peaks account

  • Cascade Endurance Slack channels (including private Cutthroat group) for coach and community support.

  • Zoom calls at beginning of program and end to personalize the plan, ask questions about gear, food, and anything else on your mind.

  • Free yoga from Motive Yoga Online, integrated into the training plan and also unlimited access for duration of training.

Where.

Wherever you want! While there aren’t specific in-person meet-ups, you’ll have the ability to coordinate through the private Slack channel with your new community of new training buddies.

We’ve also partnered with Winthrop Mountain Sports, for weekly Thursday evening runs that are perfect for gearing up for the race.
