Who.

Anyone looking to build and maintain strength for running, biking, climbing, and anything else! Classes are limited to eight people to ensure proper technique (no experience necessary!) and to tailor class to the participants.

What.

Our strength workouts are designed to make you strong and durable for the mountains. We focus on core, hip, and single leg strength, while also increasing your overall strength to be able to do more of the things you love.

When.

Thursday mornings at 7:45am.

Where.

Classes are located in the basement of the CE Fly Shop in Mazama (old Goat’s Beard building) behind the Mazama store courtyard.

Thursday Lifting Series w/ Alison

Build and maintain good function and durability with this progressive, six-week strength series focused on form and lifting heavier weights in traditional movements.

Thursdays at 7:45-8:45am, from February 6 to March 13 (no class February 20). Class limited to eight.
