What.

A weekend experiencing the best the Methow has to offer: sun, fun trails, snow-capped mountain views, wildflowers, and relaxation in a beautiful place.

Back and better than ever! As Alison has evolved, so has this retreat. Once a chance to delve into all things training, the retreat is now a place and time for you to spend hours running, writing, and simply being in the best place on the planet.

Still filled with beautiful guided runs, delicious, nourishing food, we also now have time to reflect, write, and slow time to fully experience the life-giving spring season in the Methow.

Alison trained with Laurie Wagner, founder of the Wild Writing ™ practice and teaches the wonderful way to connect to the your surroundings, your life, and yourself through poetry and community. Alison incorporated the writing practice into her own running five years ago and is thrilled to share it with you.

*Please note, registration does not include lodging, so you can choose the best option to fit your budget.
