2025 Trail Running and Writing Retreat
Back and better than ever! As Alison has evolved, so has this retreat. Once a chance to delve into all things training, the retreat is now a time for you to spend hours running, writing, and being in the best place on the planet.
Still filled with beautiful guided runs, delicious, nourishing food, but also time to reflect, write, and slow time to fully experience life-giving spring in the Methow. Alison trained with Laurie Wagner, founder of the Wild Writing ™ practice and teaches the wonderful way to connect to the your surroundings, your life, and yourself through poetry and community. Alison is thrilled to incorporate the writing practice into her own running and is excited to share it with you.

Registration includes:
Hosted Hors d'Oeuvres and drinks Thursday evening, breakfast and lunch Friday and Saturday, and a Sunday brunch before check-out
Guided trail runs in groups based on level and distance
Daily yoga practice with an emphasis on running muscles
Running technique clinic
Injury prevention/strength session
Optional talks on building a training plan and nutrition
