Who.
G.O.A.T.: Good OverALL Training
Young athletes of any gender ages 11 - 18yrs old, wanting to get into shape, get faster, improve running mechanics, or simply want friends to push you. Perfect opportunity to build summertime capacity for sports such as:
XC Running
Soccer
XC Skiing
Wrestling
Football
Basketball
and more!
What.
WEDNESDAY MORNING STRENGTH: Wednesday mornings* from 8am - 9:30am at the Fly Shop gym in Mazama. One hour of functional strength training plus a short jog to wrap up, done in time to catch a Trango bus back down valley. One-time fee of $30 gets you all the sessions!
*Every Wednesday beginning July 2nd and ending August 20th, excluding August 6th.
3-DAY MINI-CAMPS: 3-day mini-camps for youth endurance athletes. We’ll incorporate coached strength training, trail running and speed and power workouts to support healthy fitness for XC running and skiing, soccer, cycling and more.
Athletes should come with good footwear for running*, a small pack or waistbelt to carry water and snacks, and stoke for getting sweaty and building their inner beast!
*If your athlete needs help getting quality shoes for running please let us know and we can find some options
When.
*These schedules align with the Trango bus schedule to and from Mazama.
Wednesday Kid GOAT Strength: 8am - 9:45am on the following Wednesdays:
July 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
August 13th and 20th
Kid GOAT Camps: Each camp offers three sessions; the first two mornings will go from 8am - 9:45am and the third will go from 8am - 11:45am for a long aerobic outing.
July 1st - 3rd
July 29th - 31st
Aug 20th - 22nd (depending on air quality)

Mazama! We’ll meet in the Fly Shop behind the Mazama store courtyard, where we have our gym, and run/play on surrounding trails.
