Who.

Ready to roll for a big ride this summer? This is for you. This program is for anyone looking to build up to several hour rides (beginner and intermediate options), in a progressive, comprehensive way.

What.

This virtual 8-week program progresses you up to riding 20 or so miles. The series includes weekly emails with video content to help you hone your technique, learn proper exercise and running form, a custom training plan delivered through Training Peaks, a premium Training Peaks account ($25/month value), and a private Slack channel for coach and community support. The plans are specific to your training experience and include strength, mobility, and running workouts so you get everything you need to train in a sustainable, healthy way.

 

When.

8-week program starts May 10.

It’s the perfect companion for the Methow Cycle and Sport progression of technique June 12, 18, and 26th, but registration in the group is separate from the in person clinics.

Where.

Wherever you want! While there aren’t specific in-person meet-ups, you’ll have the ability to coordinate through the private Slack channel with your new community of training buddies.
