What.
Many of us like to do a lot of different things in our seasons, so this program is a virtual maintenance plan flexible enough for you to do whatever sport makes you happy. The focus is on maintaining the global and stability strength and flexibility to keep you healthy while you do all the things.
When.
8-week program starts Jan. 4th
Where.
Wherever you are. The strength workouts can be done from home, and require minimal equipment (there are creative ways to use things you already have). The aerobic workouts are designed to be done with whatever activity you most like that particular day.
