Who.

Do you have spring running plans? Maybe a dry, sunny, desert trip? Or do you just need something to pass the time while winter makes it’s dark visit?

What.

The dog days of winter are hard to train in. With this virtual 12-week program, you’ll be ready to launch for whatever you have planned for this spring. The series includes weekly emails with video content to help you hone your technique, learn proper exercise form, and move more freely, a custom training plan delivered through Training Peaks, and a private Slack channel for coach and community support. There are three options for the training plan so you get exactly what you need depending on your training experience.

 

When.

12-week program starts Dec. 28, and goes through March

Where.

Wherever you want! We’d all love to travel to exotic places right now, but chances are it will be based out of your house and your local routes that you know oh so well. But having something slightly different to do will add some spice!
