Injuries are a part of sport and we’re happy to be part of a team of physical therapy, massage therapy and other modalities to help athletes through, but recommend seeing someone in person if an injury persists. Additionally, more individualized attention may be helpful. Feel free to email info@cascadeendurance.com to discuss options.
