Spring Track Series
It’s time for the track again! Yes, most of us do activities that are long in duration, but that’s exactly why doing track workouts are helpful! The smooth and bouncy surface of the track helps you feel energy responsiveness and allows you to really focus on form. The short intervals help build leg speed and power, both of which help all distances of running.
All levels are welcome! We start with a warm up and then do a workout. The whole thing is about an hour, or a bit more if you do a longer cool down. And you can’t help but go faster when you’re in a group, so come get some free speed!
8-week Wednesdays from 6:30am-7:45ish, starting April 8 (after spring break until end of May). The cost is $75.
