Gravel Skills Series

Who.

Anyone wanting to improve your off pavement skills, learn bike basics, and how to support the riding with strength, aerobic, and mobility workouts.

Limited to 10 participants

What.

We are joining forces with Methow Cycle and Sport to offer a six week skills series to develop skills like body position, descending, navigating curves and turns, water crossings, single track, climbing, braking and pedaling mechanics.

You will also learn about the inner workings of your bike like tire pressure, tire choice and cleaning/maintenance.

AND! You’ll learn how to strengthen your body, build fitness, and maintain mobility to progress through the biking season.
