Spring Training Group!

Finding (semi) melted out trails last spring.

Winter seems to be making a comeback, which is good for the snowpack, but not as good for training for spring races and adventures! Have no fear, our spring training group starts next week. Work up to running a 25k or 50k, or transition safely to running consistently after a hiatus (or never beginning). We’ll have training plans for each of the above, and it’s a perfect time to have some accountability to get outside when the weather is less than ideal. Then when it is nice out, you’re ready to go.

The program includes a training plan with strength, aerobic, and mobility workouts, a free month of Motive Yoga Online, slack channels, run meet ups, and more.
